All products, excluding customized items, may be returned for a full refund to the original payment method provided the items are returned to them within 14 days of you receiving the products. A product exchange will be made within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that any product you wish to return is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags still attached. Shipping charges on all returns are the purchaser’s responsibility and are not subject to refund.

If you have purchased Onix Pickleball Products from an authorized dealer in the USA and would like to return the item it should be returned where the item was originally purchased and the transaction occurred. For return of purchases made directly at onixpickleball.com for your own private use as a consumer you may return the product within thirty calendar days after the date of receipt of the delivery provided you correctly follow the instructions on the return form provided with your shipment. Once they have received and validated your returned items, they will confirm it to you by mail. A refund will be processed and issued to your original method of payment.

Onix Pickleball performance and intermediate paddles are guaranteed against workmanship and manufacturer defects for one year from the date of purchase. Recreational paddles are warranted against workmanship and manufacturer defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. Onix Pickleball accessory items are covered by a 90-day limited warrant for defects against workmanship and defects from the original date of purchase. Pickleball balls are not covered under a product warranty. All products must have a copy of the original receipt. The warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original owner.
